Everything you need to know...

What is Salt Therapy?

Salt therapy, also known as Halotherapy, is a natural holistic treatment consisting of relaxing in a controlled environment for 45minutes and inhaling microscopic salt particles.

How does Salt Therapy work?

Every day, we are exposed to pollutants, airborne diseases, bacteria, allergens, and other irritants, this can wear down our respiratory system causing breathing difficulties and other illnesses.

As salt is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and super absorbent, mucus can be cleared and bacteria can be destroyed easily, helping to widen the airways allowing for easier breathing.

Is Salt Therapy safe for everyone?

Salt Therapy is safe for both children and adults and simply requires you to relax and enjoy your session.

People who should NOT participate in Salt Therapy are, people who are currently undergoing cancer treatment or any treatment that is trying to lower their immune system

We ask you to please speak to your treating GP if you feel this might be you before booking an appointment.
