Salt room therapy, a centuries old treatment for respiratory illness, is now available in New South Wales.
I have founded So Salty after seeing first-hand how Salt Therapy improved my own son’s recurring respiratory infections and asthma.
We are now proud to make this amazing therapy available to the people of Dubbo.
When inhaled, salt helps increase lung capacity by up to 13%. It also helps to clear mucous and other irritants out of airways to increase airflow. The increase in oxygen that results decreases tension and increases brain function and physical well-being.
Salt therapy relieves the symptoms associated with asthma, allergies and respiratory infections, improves skin health and promotes healthy sleep and well-being.
Due to COVID19 we are by appointment only.
All sessions are private and only those people booked will be permitted to enter the salt room. Treatments go for 45minutes, with up to two adults and
three children from the same family able to attend together due to covid restrictions.

We offer packages for our clients, helping to make returning for treatment more affordable.
